what did you get then?

Sounds slightly rude...
I didn't get into Cambridge. They are getting the TOP student with grades like A*A*A and those people generally achieved A* in their GCSEs.

Im thinking of doing computer science at Bristol or even Cambridge.
i have done gcses this year and this is what i roughly think i got:
A MATHS
A/A* ADDITIONAL SCIENCE
A* COMPUTER SCIENCE
A* further maths
c in English
A/A* in polish
B in geography
D/C IN RE
I got a B in core science last year which wasn't too good.

im thinking to take maths, physics and computing for a level.

If you wanna get into Cambridge, Imperial or St. Andrews (St. Andrews is the best for CS) then you will need Maths, Further Maths and maybe physics or Computing, don't worry about A-level computing it's not normally a requirement but Maths is, and the high-end unis want further maths as well

Not to mention how many world-class international students want to go to Cambridge who are smarter than 99.99% of English kids
