Use the fact that x=x12\sqrt{x} = x^{\frac{1}{2}} and 1xa=xa\frac{1}{x^a} = x^{-a}.

rationalise the denominator


3/√x times by √x/√x = 3√x/x
i would not say that either of the above answers is simpler, just different :teehee:
