You need to know in detail the 12 RPs you have done in lessons plus be aware of any extra experiments and techniques covered throughout the course e.g. slide preparation and ELISA test

I'd look at the DCPIP test to measure the level of ATP hydrolase activity in the light independent stage of photosynthesis, tends to come up in paper 3 often.
