Calculate the change by subtracting the first equation from the second. That gives:

y_1-y_0=-\frac{p_x}{p_y}(x_1-x_0)

\Delta y=y_1-y_0, \Delta x=x_1-x_0

\therefore \Delta y=-\frac{p_x}{p_y}\Delta x
