Igcse notes

I’m trying to figure out how to make notes without making it overwhelming.I’m doing ice igcse in 2021 having two years for the course.My school is bad that’s why i decided to take things into my own hands.The only way I can do that is by following the syllabus because the book’s information is scattered when comparing to the syllabus and the teachers lectures are not helpful.I tried to find a daily routine to make notes based on the syllabus basically writing down every point it wants me to know regarding every topics.I calculated how much notes I should in order to finish 9 moths before igcse so that I have time to do past papers later and turns out it’s quite overwhelming.Im confused how I should take my notes and YouTube or any other site hasn’t given me the answer I need.Please help out
