flashcards vs notes

im in year 11 doing igcse. ive already made notes for some topics in psychology, business and sciences. However ik that re reading notes are not effective and that i should make flashcards to use active recall + spaced repition. I have 3 months left until the exams. should i continue the notes or make flashcards

Hi @larahardyy

I think making some flashcards is a great idea!

You're right about active recall being a very effective method of revision. Particularly with content-heavy subjects like Psychology and Science, just rereading notes can become very dull (and pointless).

I would say spend as little as 30 minutes daily making flashcards.

Good luck!
