NCS Totum card confusion

So I signed up for NCS 2020 and after completing the medical form, I received an email asking me to claim my TOTUM card with a code but I’m confused at the online application form for it.
Has anybody gotten this email? If so, how does one get a TOTUM card and what’s it for?
I’m 16, and doing my GCSEs in May 2020 btw.

Idk NCS who came to visit our school said the first wave is just girls only or something like that. I’m not sure though.
