NCS 2024 away from home
Hi I’m wanting to apply for NCS but was wondering if I can just do the part where you go away from home and not the volunteering stuff. I’m also generally really confused what it is? Can someone help pls thank you
From their website: "You can do NCS your way. Go away from home for five days (and four nights), stay local to you, or do NCS online from the comfort of your sofa." NCS now offer a range of different experiences for young people, rather than solely a residential offer.
It sounds as if the 'away from home' experience is the one for you, specifically the 'live it' theme which looks packed full of outdoor activities.
