Finance and economics internships CV

Hi all,

Short simple question. Should I put that I worked at Zara as a Sales Assistant on my CV, which I'll be sending off to finance and economics internships? I'm conscious of the fact that it's not directly related to the field, so I'm uncertain.

Unsure what an economics internship is since that's an academic subject. Do you mean economic research? Economic consulting? etc

I think it's fine to drop unrelated work experience into a CV when applying to summer internships, even some grad roles. You should start to only include relevant work experience once you've actually got some lol
