Well 5 is a multiple of 10 but 2 isn’t a multiple of 3, so yes and no. Perhaps I should rephrase what I wrote.
There are 10 marks, and the ratio is in 2:5. The ratio for the first question was 3:10. See what you have to do now?

I think you may have misread the question - the first measure distance from A., the second doesn't.
