Condition offer letter
I got an conditional offer letter from your university. Condition is I have to submit the certificate of Bachelor degree at 60% or above achieved. But I only scored 58% at bachelors degree. In your university the minimum requirement is 2:2. What should I have to do next?
Not a lot you can do! Send the certificate and transcript and hope that they'll be lenient.

What is the course you're interested in studying?
I suggest contacting the international office or the admissions office in the department your interested course is in to discuss your options.
One can only hope they can accept you with your qualifications!
