Cas letter

I've received a mail stating that I passed my interview for CAS letter n now it's been too many days I didn't get any update on cas shield ,my intake is in June ,I haven't received cas letter yet .Dear CAS Shield Team,
As you have confirmed me that i have passed my interview, it has been days my CAS Shield track is still not in progress, So kindly tell me if some documents are missing then i will upload them and if not then update my CAS Shield and also guide me for next step, So that i may further proceed with my Visa Application after receiving my CAS.
Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
