Yes, I click the envelope but still can’t.

It might be that the recipient of the message does not have private messaging enabled in their privacy settings. Does it happen to all people you try to pm or only for a particular person?

I tried to pm different people. Even I find my own pm envelope is locked . :frown:

It might be that your private messaging is disabled. You can enable it from 'your account settings'. If thar is not the case, it's best to contact the tsr team
