what exam board?....

what exam board is everyone with?????
our school is all WJEC except music which is Edexcel
our head of year told us WJEC is one of the difficult and long ones!!!
so whats your exam board?????

Mostly OCR apart from music, french, eng lit+lang and german which are all AQA

I have always been under the impression that WJEC was the really easy board.... :confused:

yeh i thort WJEC was the easy board, it was long tho i knew.

AQA- Bio,CHem,Phys,Eng Lang, Eng Lit,French,Hist,RS

OCR - Music, ICT, DT Graphics

Edexcel - Drama, Maths

all higher

well im from wales and WJEC is the welsh board (welsh joint education...)

yeah i no my german teacher writes the german papers and some have to be sent to london.
i think its just because the teachers are so used to wjec so they stick to it, cant b bothered to change.

I'm with WJEC for everything apart from double science (AQA) and citizenship (OCR).

Re: WJEC being an easy exam board
My WJEC exams have been comparable to my AQA exam and, frankly, much harder than my OCR exam (though I suspect that is more to do with the subject than the examining body).

I'm inclined to think all of the exam boards are comparable in their level of difficulty.

English/science/languages - OCR
Maths/stats - Edexcel
Geography/art - AQA
I have no idea about any other subjects im afraid
