Surely if they wanted to conduct an interview to determine if you get in or not then they would do it alone....?


Maybe, but usually jobs are done in groups not alone. Perhaps the aim of this kind of interviews is to see how everyone interacts with the others, that is very important in some kind of jobs.
I remember someone saying that they had had an interview like this and it was a sign that they had already got in, though nothing on my UCAS bit.
I don't even want to go to this place. It's in the middle of nowhere

I think that we are talking about different things ergo I confuse your first post. You were talking about UNIVERSITY interviews, right?.

I was talking about job interviews. Doh.

I have one rejection from Bournemouth,
An Unconditional from Middlesex(We wont talk about that)
and this interview from Surrey
I'm waiting on three other ones.
I am shocked though, they all happened in the last 2 days

Well, I'm sorry but I don't have a clue about those interviews hehe.
I finished High School in Argentina, moved to Spain and applied in the Open University.
I do have a little knowledge of jobs interviews since I had three.

Just 8 months? You spanish isn't so bad and you are not 'estupidA'.
I've been trying to speak in english for years and I still can't do it pretty well.
