Decision Maths - Challenging linear programming question

Hi guys, I've come across this challenging linear programming question and I'm having problems formulating it ( I have attached a documentof the questions).....

Here's what I have jotted down so far (it doesn't seem right to me though):

Decision Variable:

L: No of barrels of light crude Oil
H: No. of barrels of heavy crude oil

Constraints:

Min. gasoline: 0.45L + 0.35H ? 1,260,000
Min. jet fuel: 0.18L + 0.36H ? 900,000
Min. kerosene: 0.30L +0.20H ? 300,000

Max barrels of crude oil: H + L ? 400,000

- OR -

The decision constraints could be:

LG: quantity of gasoline in light crude oil
LJ: " jet fuel in light crude oil
LK: " kerosene in light crude oil
HG: " gasoline in heavy crude oil
HJ: """
HK: """

Thank you for your help in advance!
well i could not solve it because i have not read it before
To me the question seems very misleading. Could i ask what board this question is from? I.e AQA, OCR etc.
