Has the distinction between Chat and GD become blurred over time?

This is not a rant before anyone jumps the gun but when Chat and GD were first formulated it was quite clear which threads I looked at belonged to the correct section. Now, over the course of many weeks, I am thinking this has changed somewhat. Threads are being created in GD which would have been put into Chat a few months back. Has anyone noticed this?

No they're not... GD threads have a purpose to discuss issues, but not as seriously as in D&D. Chat threads are ones which are pretty useless and full of spam.

A good idea would be to report threads which you think are in the wrong forum.
