awww that's sad! you still did good though!
i wouldn't worry too much about your predictions... i got mine in year 9, and they were ALL A*s... i had a go at them for putting too much pressure on me :P
yeah go for it if you want to, but make sure you don't end up missing work on your A-levels for the retake work :s xxx

Ah got into Seven Kings (for those who know, its like one of the best places round here!)
3A*, 6As, 2B's (And amazingly an A in English Language after my teacher predicted me a D cos she hated me)
Gonna do Physics, Chemistry, RE, Politics.
(For anyone whos got into Seven Kings, where the hell do you get the tie from?! I didnt have a fiver on me at enrollment (only debit card) and dont know where to get it now LOL. If anyone can tell me, that would be awesome).

i can drive at 16! (long story) but i've already applied for mine!
(actually i applied in february and it's still not come yet... but i'm a "special case" so mine takes longer than most people's)
