GCSE English Language - Monologue

So right i have a assessment next week which is worth 10% of my gcse and im struggling with my writing. I have to write a monologue which is convincing, compelling, cohesive and accurate. Im a little worried as at the moment im getting C/B's in my mocks and want a better mark. Also i am really stuck for ideas on what to write the monologue about! Any ideas?
