Apparently, these kinds of comments really do have a negative effect on public perception of female politicians.
I'd like to have seen similar statistics collected for male candidates for the sake of comparison, and I'd have liked to have seen more different statements in each category (positive, negative, and neutral), but it really does seem to have an effect.
Just saying.
