University of Birmingham- PHYSIOTHERAPY

Hi
I am doing some research into the best universities to do Physiotherapy at. I have heard that Birmingham is a good place to study this at. I was wondering if current students, previous students or staff would comment on the university as a whole as i haven't yet visited, and the Physio department and success in particular as this is what i am interested in.
Thank-you any comments will be greatly appreciated!!
Lucy
Hi Lucy, thanks for your question

Here's a couple of things you could have a look to give you a better understanding of Physiotherapy at Birmingham and the University in general.

In case you haven't already seen, here are the Physiotherapy pages: http://www.birmingham.ac.uk/students/courses/undergraduate/med/physiotherapy.aspx

These are some physiotherapy alumni profiles talking about their experiences on the course and what they have gone on to do: http://www.birmingham.ac.uk/university/colleges/mds/alumni/our-alumni/undergrad-profiles.aspx

It's also worth noting that 95.2% of our Physiotherapy students gained graduate employment in 2011/12.

In terms of the University as a whole you can have a look at our campus here: http://virtualtour.bham.ac.uk/

This is our YouTube channel which has lots of videos about everything from courses, accommodation, societies through to nightlife: http://www.youtube.com/user/unibirmingham

Hope this helps  If you have any more questions we're here until tomorrow!
