A2B access to birmingham experience

i got a conditional offer to uob aswell onto the a2b scheme, there is a launch event aswell as the main activity saying it takes place in july. i’ve already booked plans in july and im wondering if anyone who experienced the a2b scheme knows if there are multiple slots in july or what the event in july consists of as i do not want to miss the a2b opportunity but i can’t cancel the plans that i already planned before

It states on the presentation to email if you booked plans in advance

Hi I'm also having the same problem😅 Was it compulsory to go to every day of the seminar week? It says a valid extenuating circumstance is if your holiday was booked before the event date was confirmed which I'm pretty sure mine was but I'm still scared
