Charles Morris residence

Is it suitable for postgrads? Of course, there is written that it is, but how many postgrads live there? And what should they do in the summer when the contract is finished? St marks residence seems to be really good, however, do not know if it is safe? Heard about crimes in Leeds! And there are not much photos of it on the website.

Hi Noodlle,

Thanks for your enquiry. Postgrads are welcome to apply to all of our Halls, although I'd say Charles Morris is definitely more geared towards undergraduates.

St Marks would definitely be my recommendation, you can read more on the website here: http://accommodation.leeds.ac.uk/info/200182/st_marks/68/about_st_marks_residences

Leeds is a safe place to live and study - yes as with any big city there are crimes occuring, but we work with our students, security staff and local police to minimise the risk. Most theft in student areas is opportunistic theft (for example, students in a shared house not locking doors and windows when they go out). You can read more about our security services here: http://accommodation.leeds.ac.uk/security

I hope that helps!
