There are two rooms available in a freehold semi-detached house on Warwick Road, one on the bottom floor and the other directly above (both the largest rooms in the house). All bills are included in the rent (apart from internet and phone).

This is perfect for students going to the university as it is close to both the Fusehill Campus and the Brampton Road Campus, as well as being located a five minute walk from the city centre.

There is a shared kitchen on the bottom floor and an extra kitchen on the top floor for easier access. The living room is spacious and there is a conservatory and garden area at the back of the house.

The other house members are very friendly and easy to live with, all of whom are students in their second year based at the Brampton road campus.

There is a £170 deposit for the room (of which will be returned at the end of the contract), rent is paid each term (the landlord being very understandable about student loans being late etc) and each contract does not rely on anyone else in the house (your room is your responsibility and is not effected by the actions of anyone else living there).

There is half price rent over the summer until September when uni begins again which would be perfect for moving in over the summer.
