Accomodatiion: Urbanest King's Cross, N1C 4BD
Room type: 1-bed ensuite, 301.91 GBP/week, all bills included
Lease: Now - Sept. 11, 2024
Tenant: Must be UCL student, tenancy conversion will be done officially with UCL accomodation office

It is a very cozy and lovely room. I am leaving the accomodation to start a family, therefore looking for someone to take over my room.
