AVCE ICT Questions for my company

i have to go into a buisness and ask some questions i need to get info so i can make a new system based on the one they already have. what sort of questions do i need. i need to draw dfds and erd's in the assignment and i dont know what to ask to get this information. please help.

the most important informaiton to find out is:

current inputs, outputs, processes and storage,
what problems the current system has,
what are the benefits of the current system
what equipment the company currently has
how techie the employee are.

Yes good questions... Maybe check out the Laudon and Laudon book on management information systems. Really good used it for my degree and has areas to cover for dfds erds and normalisation etc....
