Integrate to find an equation for y in terms of x with two unknown constants k and c. Now substitute the points you were given to find the values of those constants.
Oh yes, thanks for reminding! I was going to say integrate but I didn't know where to go from there. By the looks of it if you sub in the values for x and y you will get simultaneous equations, which can be solved to find out k and c
