For an undergraduate course?

You might find it hard to get an answer here because in the UK we don't have the GPA system.

What I do know is that you can easily find the other US qualifications required to apply to Oxford (undergraduate) on their website (SAT/ACT, APs, & SAT Subject Tests).

For postgraduate, again the information is easy to find. This is the first result on Google, and (luckily) is an official source.
