When is too late to start revising?

I've just done my mock exams for AS level and it didn't go too well to say the least, but it was expected cause I havn't done any revision thus far. What I'm asking is that is it too late to bring home the bacon i.e (Get 4 A's at the end of the year)

Noooo. If you start now you still have the potential to get A's, I start serious revision about 3 months before exams and I do pretty well (without blowing my own trumpet)
