A2 Biology ISA mark

I just got my grade back for my A2 ISA (I repeated it) and it was a C, 1 away from a B.
I was wondering what impact this will have on my overall grade. Last year I got an A in both exams and my ISA, and I should be able to get and A in units 4 and 5 this time around. Will the grade C in my A2 ISA make getting and A overall that much harder? Or does it not have a great deal of impact?
