does anyone know the answer to this- procedure for negligence before a trial?? help plz x

Pre trial procedure includes the plea the defendant will make, the first appearance at the magistrates court, then the case may be committed to to crown court if it's more complex, legal funding needs to be discussed (eg duty solicitors ), pre trial review, sentancing and bail (police, courts, condition, unconditional) should also be included as well. All in a logical order though. Also if it specifies a summary, triable either way or indictable offence you have to mention the magistrate and Crown courts accordingly.
