non white countries like argentina, brazil , usa, canada, south africa , australia and new zealand originally were you mean? are we suppossed to house the 300 million or so white populations here?
The term 'terrorist' seems to have no real, agreed upon meaning, as this thread demonstrates.
Some vague definitions (e.g the dictionary definition) would include simple stuff like hate mail (or other threats, intimidation, etc), whereas some posters here, and definitely in the wider world, feel that it's only terrorism if it involves bombs and killing 100s of people.
So as for the question in the OP, it depends as to 'What is terrorism?', a question to which you could provide a variety of conflicting answers.
