English Language Exam on 3rd November Please Help

Ok... so I have an Exam on English language on the 3rd November and am really terrified of the exam I have not been able to effectively revise this subject and its all that is holding me back from Uni. Every time I do the exam I get a consistent D, only a few UMS away if anyone could give me some tips on getting at least a C in my English language exam I'd greatly appreciate it.
