Anyone got any spare invites. Nobody's taken me up on my offer of an elephant on gmailswap.

Have you tried another browser in case you've done something to your settings?

If you've got a firewall running - disable it. If you've got a pop up blocker running - disable it. Then see if it works.

Doesn't make any difference. I have my pop up blocker running and my fire wall running. Oh make sure you enable active scripting.

Something I spotted on the gmailswap site.. perhaps its a crafty competitor eliminating trick, perhaps it's just coincidence, but someone found a gmail invite in their "bulk" folder in yahoo. There could very well be a similar situation with hotmail, so if you've signed up for google newsletters etc, or even if you think someone might have sent you an invite, check all your folders

It does make a difference - when I first got gmail it wouldn't work unless I turned my firewall off...now I've discovered it will work in firefox with my firewall on though.
