Tuberculosis - primary infection - difference between ganuloma and tubercle?

Hey guys, just came across something in my text book that I don't quite fully understand. It says that in the primary infection with TB, after the macrophages engulf the bacteria, "a mass of tissue known as a ganuloma forms; this is produced in respons to infection. In TB these tissue masses are anaerobic and have dead bacteria and macrophages in the middle. They are calledd tubercles..." So does that mean the tubercles are granuloma? Or is it granuloma in a normal person, and a tubercle in a person that has/is going to get TB? Can someone plaee clarfiy?

Thanks!

Btw my exam board is Edexcel and im using a book endorsed by them
