How to integrate 3^x and similar Q like these

3^x = e^ln(3^x)

Can you see what to do from here?

so I bring down the x for it to become e^xln3
then I differentiate it which becomes Ln3e^xln3
Because it differentiates that, I need to remove the Ln3 by making it e^xln3/ln3.
This means it will lead to 3^x/ln3 but i don't know what to do from here or is this the answer

I don't understand your method but your answer is correct. Remember, ln3 is just a number, so you can integrate it just like you would e^3x.
