The Christopher Nolan and Hans Zimmer combo is godly in Interstellar and Inception. I think "No Time for Caution" (Interstellar) and "Time" (Inception) are some of the best scores I've heard which really gives a lot of depth and emotion into the scenes they are played with.

The Toy Story trilogy and Finding Nemo for sentimental reasons. Both films can still make me laugh, and I'm not ashamed to say I can quote quite extensively from them
