Citizenship help!

Is directing a couple of people to a facebook page or any other form of social media to follow/like in order to raise awareness or show they are supporting them for a charity a local, national or global scale change?

If you raise money in school for a charity and it will be sent to that charity is that a local, global or national change?

Please help

Depends what the charity does - if it was one like WaterAid then it would be global, if it was a local homeless shelter then it would be local
