URGENT HELP PLEASE! For university discounts in the UK, do I qualify?

I've been living in the UK for over 7 years now. I have to move countries and I will go to college there for 2 years, then I plan on moving back to the UK for uni. Will I still qualify for a discount or does it reset the amount of years I've lived in the UK? There's a huge difference between international and british pricing for unis!

It depends on whether you are classed as an international student or not.
Are you identified as being a UK national? As in, do you have British citizenship?
It will depend on a lot of factors: your nationality, why you were abroad, what you can evidence about your stay. etc.
