Development Studies or Development Management

Hello everyone! I am planning to apply to the LSE for 2017 entry for my Masters. As the title suggests, I'm confused between the two courses.

I'm more inclined to be a practitioner than an academician which means Management would be a better option but I want to know more subtleties between the two...how the employers view the two, which course is more flexible/ specialized etc.

Moreover, I also want to keep my career path in diplomacy/ inter-governmental organizations open.

Any help would be appreciated. :smile:
