Question 2, why does the inequality 3x<=2y get shaded underneath the graph?

Rearranging gives y>= 3/2 x therefore shade under?

Your answer is correct, the markscheme is wrong. (Or there is a typo in the question, such that both inequalities as given to you should be the other way round).
