I'd be very happy if you answer this question
My dad is a permanent resident in uk but my mom isn't. She has only got the ILR. They've been staying in the uk for years. And i just moved in to scotland but i've got an ILR same as my mom and i'm not an EU resident.
Will be eligible for student loans or any kind of apprenticeships
