Housing Portal

Hi I was wondering if anyone else can help me or if they're having a similar problem; my log in for the housing portal is not working, this maybe because the applications aren’t open yet however; I just wanted to make sure before I apply for accommodation that everything will go smoothly when I apply on the day. My password and login are correct but it just doesn't seem to work 😭😭
