Want to make changes to my insurance application?

My insurance choice is UCL, and originally I was advised to save money and commute everyday (I'm only a short train journey away), but I've recently decided I'd rather stay on site for convenience. However, I never applied for accommodation here. Should I email or call them up now, to change my application to include accommodation?
I guess I just don't want to annoy them when they are likely incredibly busy, and I might end up at my firm anyway; should I wait until results day and see what position I'm in before I trouble them?

It seems UCL only guarantee accommodation if you applied back in may and had a firm offer
