If the situation changes then you can amend your application in august.
It doesn’t matter whether your university is in England, Scotland, Wales or NI. If you’re from England then SFE fund your studies the same.

Basically, my firm uni is Edinburgh, whilst my insurance is Bristol. In my application to student finance England, should I keep my preferred university as Edinburgh? Thanks.
Hi there, you would include your preferred choice on your application. If this changes at a later date then you can make changes to your application on your online account. You can find out how to change this here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/student-finance-england-how-to-guide
