UCAS not updated

Yesterday I was made a verbal offer by a member of staff of the Language Department at the University of Manchester. She told me to wait for a confirmation email and said information about accomodation would follow along shortly after. Today, I was released into clearing and added the course to my UCAS. This was at about 1pm. I've still not received any confirmation emails and UCAS has not updated. I'm starting to worry that I've not gotten onto the course or that the University are going to withdraw their offer because I technically now have no places due to withdrawing from my original offers :frown:

The course has now disappeared off of their clearing vacancies as well.

Does anyone have any similar experiences or know when I may hear back from them??
