I would consider buying a study guide this close to exams if you are struggling. Also email your tutors. If you've missed tutorials you have a significant amount of work to do to catch up. You will need to use the structures for answers used by your institution to gain all the marks (the way a GDL student will answer is different to a second year LLB at Warwick, for example).
Also try to answer these questions yourself then come back with your basic answer and conclusion. That way people may be more likely and able to help.
