velocity graph

I'm struggling with a math problem related to velocity graphs. I solved a lot of them but I found this one too difficult.

Acceleration = 0 implies what?

Also, what is the value of t 10 seconds before the end?

a) is it when the tangent is parallel to the time axis which means in 7.5secs?
b) I still cant understand how to make the strips

Correct, acceleration is 0 at this point as the rate of change of velocity is 0. (Velocity is staying the same at that tiny point in time)

I wouldn't bother with the strips in this case, just use SUVAT.
