What are the processes by which the different particles would enter the root hair cell.

Yo around 20 days left till GCSE Biology and I can't understand this question.

I know one process which is osmosis, however, I don't know the other ones.
Diffusion maybe?
I am not sure.
Can you just give me some hints if you can't give me the answer, please?

I’ve had this exact question- look at the picture. There’s more of certain particles outside of the cell, whereas there’s less of those certain particles inside the cell- so that’s diffusion. Then there’s more water outside than inside- osmosis. And there’s some particles where there’s less outside and more inside- active transport
