For GCSE's I need to select 2018 which is when I completed them but the date only goes back to 2019 does anyone know what to do???

Have you listed the school you were at when you did your GCSEs in the Education section? Are the dates for that right? If you haven't told UCAS you were in education in 2018, then that may be the problem.
